Yes the Prison colony has once again been Locked down and is now falling under CHICOM Rule it would seem.
They are in a TOTAL lock down, the CCP is flying their flag over the Victoria Police HQ in plain sight.
Noway has also been locked down and round ups threatened if not already happening.
