The past couple weeks I’ve been taking cbd gummies before bed to aid in sleep. Not only has it helped (1 million milligrams of hemp oil) but my dreams have been shockingly real and memorable. Mostly they center around old friends either helping me and giving me aid or sabotaging my life.

I used to smoke a lot of weed for a long time but haven’t in about 5 years. When I smoked weed (with thc) obviously I never EVER remembered my dreams. This is actually a phenomenon that is consistent in weed smokers.
