It's not "race". It's values, attitudes, and behavior.

Some "blacks", like some "whites" and even "yellows" and "reds", have destructive values, belligerent and confrontational attitudes, and uncivilized behavior.

It's just that there's quiet a large % of "blacks" that do making it almost easier and more sensible to assume any "black" at random does rather than not.
