No actually it doesn't keep the trash out... it forces them onto the streets, or into dumpy ass government susbsidized apartments that turn into the neighborhood meth/crack house.

When those rich bastards take over the town, and jack up house prices to $400,000 for the median house price, it doesn't leave much hope to the working people.

They will do the same thing here, up in Washington, that they did down in California. Turn the housing into an unattainble, unsustainable, casino of overpriced bullshit, drive out the middle class, and the lower class will take over the streets, and the problem will repeat itself.
