Antifa is protected, because there's a ceasefire between them and the cops. And by removing support for the cops, city authorities knew that this would be the outcome. The cops won't put themselves at risk only to be spat on by their bosses and see their arrestees set free.

This is all that was needed to protect Antifa, no further mysterious agreements or secret handshakes were needed.

Was watching a couple streams from there before the sun went down. There were "organizers" prepping the rioters and telling them to do "this or that" whenever the "organizers" gave specific hand signals.

I would say either SF or a seasoned contractor. Very pissed too. The cop was talking with those two alone after he let the blacks go. Most likely a intel team caught or most likely team called in cops to stop what was going down.
