He was of age and chose to be in an area he KNEW law enforcement could not enter. While I feel for his family, it was unwise to be there at night. Even peaceful protestors left the area at night. Everyone involved had a choice. The murderer has been identified and can be seen on video. He will and should do prison time but attempts at suing the city will not be successful.

That said, every council member needs to be voted out, stat. They are imbeciles.
