All lotteries on Earth allegedly are fixed except just ONE (Elgordo) which I still would NOT go within amillion miles of. Much better to invest in silver (or if in United Kingdom premium bonds which is essentially a FREE LOTTERY where you have a chance of winning £1m while still keeping every penny of and withdrawing at any time what you invested.
