Now that OP included the link, we can see where that came from.  They totally made it up. What Mendelsohn actually said was that a large percentage of ballots this year would be cast and historically those ballots have been majority Democratic. So it could appear that Trump won on election day, what he called the 'red mirage' but after all the paper mail in ballots are counted, then Biden could be the ultimate winner.
