Facial recognition software mixes me up with a family member of mine from time to time, so I’d say it definitely isn’t 100%! My camera roll has photos of her listed under “me” and vice-versa. We also had some tagging suggestion errors back when I was on FB.

But back to Joe, I was watching a video recently and someone was scrolling past photos of him. It was really obvious that one of them looked nothing like the one directly underneath it. I’m going with the deep fake theory, because the forehead was just way too big when you saw the “normal” version right underneath it. It’s harder to catch when you don’t have them side by side!
