Anonymous Coward User ID: 79336004 France 09/02/2020 09:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Don't put the bread too close from the source of heat in your oven, it's what makes it hard in the end. I use a traditional oven in my bakery with wood etc so it's totally different from the ovens you and I myself have at home. But don't put the bread too close from the source of heat, so it can cook slowly, it is important. |

What kind of oven do you have at home? Well I did have an electric... it sucked. I now have a gas oven. basic gas oven. Ah, well you are right, gas ovens are a lot better in many ways. Electricity in my opinion it's not good for cooking, in France that's why we hate microwave food (except those who work in offices because they are in a hurry for lunch) |

I make wine from my wild Southern US grape vines I have in my back yard. Scuppernong grapes are the closest I can describe the particular variety I have. I make my wine using cote du Rhone yeast. Everyone loves it and it doesn't taste like anything out there on the market. So thanks, France for your yeast and the Statue of Liberty! |
