One travels...I simply thought since you were from Corsica you might have made it before...I've never seen a good recipe for it, not one that tasted the same as when I was there. I loved Corsica. It's truly paradise on earth.

It is not my domain hmm but I select good potatoes, grown with no pesticides or herbicides, I cut them in parts, I wash them with water, I dry them in a towel then I plunge them in hot oil and wait until they have some golden color, then I put some salt, I give Mayonnaise from Dijon to my kids and everybody is happy you know!

You're from the mountains. I started in Ajaccio and traveled all over the island. Such beautiful diversity of terrain there. The air was so clean and fresh, and the food so delicious.
