Or for that matter, a Frenchman that is gluten intolerant. Are you? Do you know that wine is gluten free? Meat is too! Apples, potatoes, carrots, peas, peppers, rice, eggs, bacon, whooo hoooo! So much food to eat! I don't think that I am gluten intolerant, there is not really a food that makes me feel bad or sick. Except maybe harissa sauce if you know what it is.
