For the brioche tressée you will need :
26 centiliters of milk
100 grams of sugar
120 grams of butter
A pinch of salt
30 grams of yeast
2 eggs
500 grams of t45 or T55 flour
Some almonds
Warm up your oven at 220 degree celsius
Mix the yeast in 6 centiliters of lukewarm milk
Let some bubbles appear
Then put the eggs and the flour
Make the rest of the milk boil at a small fire
Put the sugar, the salt and the butter in the milk.
Mix that liquid with the yeast you mixed before.
Knead everything for 10 good minutes, more if you're motivated like me!!!!!!
Make a ball with your dough and let it rest for 2 hours so it rises.
Divide the dough in 3 parts, and try to make a braid (I know it is not this easy don't hate me) then let it rest for 30 minutes.
Put some almonds on your braid
Put it in your oven 40 minutes
