Would it keep them out of the downtown area? Maybe out of residential areas?
Quoting: Butch DeFeo it worked pretty good on my neighbors dog.. Did it seem to you, that it was abusive to the dog to any degree? no, many people love them it works.. there are some videos on Youtube where people put them on and tried it on themselves Hmmm I bet the animal just loves it.
