i'll definitely be getting the 3070 of 3080 to upgrade my 1080

Skip a gen.  yeah man, i figure its about time. i think the rest of the PC is still pretty up to date, just would like to run some of these newer games coming out like cyberpunk 2077 maxed out at higher resolutions. also got a samsung odyssey 2 VR headset recently and i am in LOVE with this racing sim called Automobilista 2. playing in VR with the force feedback wheel and pedals makes it one of the most realistic experiences i've ever had gaming. they really did a fantastic job with the way the cars drive, but i need a few more graphics power there as well as i'd like to get the VR settings maxed out to make it as crisp as possible. i'm a complete graphics whore. hahahah I only care about flight sims myself and haven’t done any in over three years. I still play a little Combat Mission but it’s graphics aren’t going to challenge any modern GPU.
