The lady from McAllisterTV on YT talks about the same thing: [ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] She calls them vrill lizards. I have heard others say they are humans that have an alien like implant that goes through the ocular nerve. I think it might be related to the black eye club. Do you have more info about the "black eyed club." Please and thank you.
