I have spent a good bit of time in the last few weeks understanding Defi and the previous posts are right, it is a very tenuous structure for the most part.

It seems to me that the powers that be allow things to be built out knowing they will initially falter but over time gain strength. It happened with BTC and then ETH and now this whole Defi thing.

So these liquidity pools such are unwinding now and they are the reason most of the coins were going up in the first place.

Also, the cryptos seem to be tied closely these days to stocks.

DEFI is a China scam ignore that and buy and HODL regular crypto (but only what you can comfortably afford).

If you've been watching the news you know why. IRS cracking down this year. Global instability. Its not looking good for crypto. Physically is better right now..

I finally cashed out all my crypto after making quite a bit over the last three years. I feel it is stagnant, potentially on the verge of collapse. China is going to hell and likely to cash the shit out of their BTC and they are likely the largest holder. I also see them hacking and stealing a lot befor that happens. Now is not a good time for crypto and I feel we already saw the last real bull run. It’s literally becoming a joke.

Bitcoin is the leading indicator it’s going to fill the CME gap which exists at $9600 from that level it will either rebound and stay above the 2 1/2 year consolidating pendant beginning the next bull run or it will not find support at 9600 in which case it will test the bottom of the old consolidating pendant that it broke out of which will bring it down to around $6000-$6500 which if it does not hold the 9600 level you will want to go all in at $6000

I was the biggest crypto advocate for a long time. Now I’m spending lots of fucking cash to build an amazing house on the tears of crypto losers.

Blockchain is the future yes but your fucking unlimited list of “coins” are worthless. The market does not need to exist for the tech to work. This has been proven hundreds of times when a crypto company’s tech is adapted and the coin does nothing or pumps on hype then dumps. Two entirely different things. The market is likely going to be very short lived.

Stable digital dollar for the USA built on blockchain yes.. very likely in the future but no mater how long you hold it it will still be worth a digital dollar.
