Don't need moisture. Static electricity and magnetism will do it. Think about the lint and stuff that sticks to your clothes in the winter from static electricity when the air is dry.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78448602 Static electricity, and why clean rooms use ionizers. Quoting: Seeker of Truth Static electricity, and why clean rooms use ionizers. Quoting: Seeker of Truth Already mentioned this claim is debunked in the vid, so watch the vid you degenerate brain dead zombies. Since the dust particles and the material it sticks too are completely different materials, day light dissipates any charge immediately. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79342483 I done seen it on the YouTube! It has to be true! Derp.
