So much for the dead mans switch and the long ass password for the file. Whatever happened to that.
Dude overplayed his hand and let his ego and need for attention colour his judgement.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78526472

Yes he has a large Ego for sure. Borderline Narcissist. Im wondering if the Defense will let Assange take the stand? Could be a disaster if he does.
 Quoting: BBQ BOY™

I agree. Its best if he stays silent.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78526472

You dont think they haven't already tried every kind of truth syrum on him that they have?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 39271164

I think Assange actually believes he may go free one day but he's never leaving prison alive. Supposedly he has more info but is using it as a trade bait against the progressive globalists...

He might as well release it all before the election and nuke the Liberals that put him there...

But they may have dismantled his deadman's switch when they infiltrated his network a couple years ago...

No one knows what they got his associates to tell.

Hillary runs free and they’re trying to get Assange to rot in prison even more in America.

Trump is an NWO President
 Quoting: piles_of_SSRIs

The charges against Assange were compiled by the Obama administration.
 Quoting: BBQ BOY™

I’m no expert on this case but I watched a podcast of Glenn Greenwald a few months back. He explained how Obama crew threw charges at Assange and then later withdrew because it was unconstitutional.

This didn’t make sense to me cause the Government ALWAYS makes charges stick. So I was under impression they were afraid Assange would kill switch them.

Glenn said Trump admin threw the same charges on Assange. Again, that didn’t make sense because the Obama Admin have been TOTALLY silent on this. They surely would contest or splatter the news saying they dropped these charges and can’t be prosecuted. They obviously can’t say shit because they demonized Assange with this Russia BS and it would go against their narrative. Seems like a hairy situation that they don’t like to report on.

Oh, then there’s the deal that Comey and Bruce Ohr squashed....Trump was working on getting Assange back to the States and Comey and Ohr went behind Trump admin and killed it.

How Comey intervened to kill WikiLeaks' immunity deal

They are just releasing enough to Extradite him. Lewis has already said they are saving the Evidence for his Trial here in the U.S.

That or keep in mind Manning is still in Jail in Virginia. Maybe he is cooperating with DOJ?

I would like to see thousands show up during his arrival at the airport and just push security aside and escort Julian away to the nearest Tim Horton's coffee shop for coffee and donuts.

I don't think he will be coming to the U.S. if extradited I think he will be going to Guantanamo Bay.

WikiLeaks Founder Charged in Superseding Indictment
Wednesday, June 24, 2020

In 2010, Assange gained unauthorized access to a government computer system of a NATO country. In 2012, Assange communicated directly with a leader of the hacking group LulzSec (who by then was cooperating with the FBI), and provided a list of targets for LulzSec to hack.

With respect to one target, Assange asked the LulzSec leader to look for (and provide to WikiLeaks) mail and documents, databases and pdfs. In another communication, Assange told the LulzSec leader that the most impactful release of hacked materials would be from the CIA, NSA, or the New York Times.

WikiLeaks obtained and published emails from a data breach committed against an American intelligence consulting company by an “Anonymous” and LulzSec-affiliated hacker. According to that hacker, Assange indirectly asked him to spam that victim company again.
