Nothing will happen.
Saudi Nationals ran over American Citizens via reckless driving on a few instances.
The Saudi Govt paid their bail and flight back to Saudi and because we have no extradition treaty, were not able to bring them back to the country.
They gave us the bird.
These Federal Judges have no power to force the Saudis hands because of how much money and politics are involved.
