We cannot breathe air too high in Oxygen because the lining of our lungs can burn - and that’s the secret - the “D” in Doctor for this hex mean “die”, as in “Rot (will be caused by) Carbon-based matter to be chemically burned in its interactions at the molecular level by its constant exposure to Oxygen (which “life here” needs), this will create the conditions of death - cause you the Die, because the matter your “life-force” knows itself to be dependent on will decay to nothing.

The Luciferian and Satanist/any type of evil doctor ensures the process - the nature of name and language hexes are for remote use - which means good-natured doctors can be used to deliver a type of harm feeling much like dark magic to the target, because the names of the doctor is being called upon in a powerful enough hex.
