Why did God give the Israelites all those laws if He was going to nullify them in the future?

If the law is done away with then whats the biblical way to deal with adulterers and blasphemers?

In a secular country, no matter what severe religious punishments are allowed in a religion, the people can’t carry them them out if they are illegal by civil law, unless they want to go to prison. So there’s no point in getting concerned about it since religion is not the law in most countries these days.

If the law isn't abolished then why don't people follow the law? Including the parts about executing adulterers and blasphemers?

Jesus didn't do away with the law, He fulfilled the law as it impossible to live perfectly

No law has been nullified. They are still in force.

Jesus satisfies the law, and by giving yourself over to him, he will be your proxy in the final judgement and you'll be saved.

They're not nullified. Even Paul said because we have salvation does that mean we can wilfully sin? GOD FORBID.
