In my state, and most states without castle doctrine, you can only claim illegal imprisonment if you are left with no other method of egress. The person could of reversed their car and fled.

You will likely be charged with vehicular assault if you think you can just plow through a crowd because of imprisonment.

Also, kidnapping doesn't come into play until someone moves you to another location. If they were to remove her from the car and push her into a house or another car, that would be kidnapping.
