Still hanging in.. Almost got a bit of shuteye earlier.
Power has been off for a couple hours now.
One tree has come down so far that I can see. Almost got my tenant's Tahoe.
I misjudged expected wind direction and Nellie (my AS trailer) has been in harms all night from trees on my eastern side.
Grateful for upgraded battery capacity. Turned on the inverter and my coffee maker. If my shit is going to get tore up, least I have a cup of good coffee.

Hell yeah Brother! Anything is possible after a cup o joe! Keep the faith you have people hoping and praying for ya!hf
 Quoting: Don Draper from Nantucket

All of us down here really appreciate it Don.

I think we are beginning to get the eye wall overhead. There is a low frequency roar overhead and we are getting really ugly gusts... Have heard a few minor bangs. Think I just heard another tree come down..

Glad to hear from you buddy. Praying for you.

God of fire, metalworking, and crafts. Either the son of Zeus and Hera or Hera alone, he is the smith of the gods and the husband of the adulterous Aphrodite. He was usually depicted as a bearded, crippled man with hammer, tongs, and anvil, and sometimes riding a donkey.

This is all a bunch of crap. We didn’t have time to prepare. Odd storm but they really failed the people though. It was going west so we only prepared for that. Oh, now let’s bullseye you at the last minute when it’s too late to leave or prepare more.

Our power just went out.

Thankful it lasted as long as it did.

The eye of #Sally is looking the best it has and it could become completely symmetrical before it officially makes landfall! Recon confirming that the strengthening has flattened out, but it could be upped to a Major, Cat 3 Hurricane in the Post-Analysis by the NHC! #wxtwitter

This is one of the best camp sites in all of America.
It is located at the tip of Perdido Key in Escambia County, FL.

Yup, we got blind sided and there is going to be a lot of wind damage. Thank the Lord my windows have held so far with no boards on them..

We have been in the eye for about 30 minutes now. About 5 miles from the beach here in G S. Quiet.. just a few sounds of metal flapping in the occasional breezes. We just got our asses handed to us in my neighborhood. Houses across the street have big oaks on them and heavy damage. My carport is down but we got the vehicles out of the during a lull just a couple of minutes before it came down. Part of my ridge vent is gone and I have water damage in my new restoration job. The RV is ok though and a big limb barely missed my pickup.

Thank you Lord for your mercies so far..
