My wife and I just bought 6 little bottles of ivermectin OTC at the pharmacy yesterday for 8,900 pesos each (less than $2.50 USD). We have been taking the small prophylactic dose of hydroxychloroquine but were almost out so decided to look into ivermectin.

I know the treatmement dose but I'm not sure about the prophylactic dose or how often to take it. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to learn about that?

From what I can see, (they don't explain it clearly),
each blister card or "kit" contains
3 - 12 mg Ivermectin pills (which is not enough for 1 dose for most American men, going by weight, I think a man would need 2 of the pills.
10 - ? mg Doxycycline capsules
and a bunch of Zinc tablets.

Wow, I see they have revised the early treatment protocol quite a bit. Doubled the dose and to be taken daily until better.

Also they added some more drugs.

I ordered and received IVM from Ocean. I had to spend 1/2 a day at the hospital recently doing some cardio testing and decided to take some ivermectin as a prophylactic when I got home just in case I was in contact with anyone with Covid ot vaxxed. I took 24 mg from a real pharmacy and two days later I took 24 mg from the Ocean batch. Since then I've had a somewhat irregular heartbeat. I was wondering if you have tried any of your pills you got from Ocean? It could be any number of other things for me, even stressing myself too much on the stress test.

Edit to add: I don't think real ivermectin would have this effect. I took a whole tube of horse paste from Tractor Supply in March and actually felt better after I took it. I divided the tube into 5 separate doses over a couple of weeks. My question is about the stuff from India.

If your heartbeat is irregular, make sure you are taking enough magnesium.
It is needed to pace the heart and almost everyone is deficient in it unless you are purposely supplementing.
