Let's parse that.. If there is such a thing as people being born with both genders at the same time, think about it: What gender would you identify with? How do you know which one is the right one? Now what if this happened, but you didn't get the external visible signs, just the internal mutations? You would be "both genders" without the visible bits (or maybe they are tiny and right under your skin). How confusing would that be?!

There is thus a physical basis for people who have gender issues.
