The problem is, all the anti-mask protesters do is talk. If people want the government to listen to them and asking politely doesn't work, the tactics of Antifa and BLM are literally the only course of action remaining. People who say "we don't want to be like them" are missing the point. You have no choice. You want your voice heard, burn the city hall to the ground or go knock on the mayors door with shotguns at three in the morning. Nothing else will get politicians to listen. I've seen this sort of thing happen many times in my life and nothing peaceful has ever put an end to it. They won't really go after the left wing protesters because they're violent and they'll get more violent. Politicians will go after right wing protesters because they're peaceful and that makes them a joke. You want change? Get violent.
