If you're caught and fined, you'll find that they ask for your full name, DOB, your address etc AND your National Insurance Number...
They do this so they can be certain that you will pay the fine...
My brother was fined on a train for not wearing a mask due to asthma but they didn't care and still asked him for his details...
He was fined and had to pay either on the spot or within 14 days or so but they do ask for your full details...
It sucks...
