is the earth 00:30 is uh in blue 2018 vp1 is in the white 00:34 orbit and has outstepped this thing 00:36 forward to november 00:38 the uh second which is showing here 00:42 uh the second at zero utc 00:45 time is the closest approach point three 00:48 nine o e 00:49 dash three a u we and this hasn't 00:52 changed 00:53 according to the jpl but the european 00:56 models are a little different it's 00:57 showing 3 632 miles 01:00 but that goes from the center of the 01:01 planet remember the oval mechanics 01:04 so that's about a 320 something 01:09 a mile problem in other words at the 01:12 minimum distance 01:13 it's going to strike the earth it's just 01:16 simply the earth is 01:17 wider than the distance 01:20 that this asteroid is approaching us 01:22 again 3 632 miles 01:24 but this is nasa now i want to go to the 01:28 the neo dys system and the more european 01:32 model 01:33 and it shows a much closer approach than 01:35 this even though this 01:37 is close enough it is the minimum 01:39 distance figuring so 01:40 but let's look at the european minimum 01:42 distance and you're going to see a 01:44 big change 01:47 now again this is the neo ds system dash 01:50 2 01:51 2018 vp1 the 01:55 section we want to look at is right here 01:58 and that is 01:59 november the 1st point 996 now just 02:02 before 02:03 uh midnight utc time and your 02:06 minimum distance is different point zero 02:10 zero zero zero zero one four oh and guys 02:14 if you put that into your au calculator 02:16 it'll show you thirteen hundred and one 02:19 miles you gotta remember again 02:21 the earth is 7917 miles 02:25 wide half of that is where you get your 02:28 um 02:29 38 so at 1300 miles from the center of 02:32 the planet 02:33 it's a much more likely scenario that it 02:36 will strike the planet now it's not as 02:38 large as a cherubinx 02:39 meteor maybe about 12 feet about i think 02:43 it's around 43 cubic 02:44 meters but guys again that is the size 02:48 from the jpl systems so if they're off 02:52 this far in their astronomical units 02:55 as far as the distance from the center 02:57 of our planet are they possibly off also 02:59 on their radar imaging 03:01 of the size of the rock but again this 03:03 will not be 03:05 uh probably an earth striking asteroid 03:09 it will hit our 03:10 atmosphere and you'll have a midair 03:13 burst 03:14 and it could create some problems with 03:16 that depending 03:17 on if it's over a populated area if you 03:19 remember the chair blinks meteor 03:21 the uh it was about three or four times 03:24 that size 03:25 but it exploded in a magnificent 03:27 fireball i think over three thousand 03:30 buildings had damage a lot of people got 03:33 hurt 03:34 so again i just wanted to update it the 03:37 n-o-d-y-s system has this thing much 03:41 closer i don't they're not updating the 03:43 size 03:44 but they were talking about a 30 03:46 magnitude which again would be about 43 03:50 cubic yards if you want to put it 03:53 in that way which would again it would 03:56 be 03:57 an aerial burst and possibly 04:00 a shockwave not as big as a share of 04:02 lynx 04:03 in russia but uh it's very interesting 04:06 that this is saying vp1 04:09 because sometimes when they number 04:10 instead of just vp and they say vp1 guys 04:13 there may be more than one 04:14 object you could have vp2 things like 04:16 that notice this the jpl model 04:19 database shows again this is jpl 04:22 the distance of 0.0000398u au 04:27 5800 kilometers from the center of the 04:29 earth which is less 04:31 than 63 71 kilometer radius 04:34 of the earth you see what i'm saying so 04:38 people say uh there's some guy comes on 04:41 who is every time i do an asteroid 04:43 update on this particular rock says your 04:46 calculations are off 04:47 i'm telling you i'm not if you if you 04:49 want to come in and say that please 04:51 put the math in to your comment okay 04:55 and then lightness if you don't mind but 04:57 again 04:58 there's this is orbital mechanics they 05:01 measure 05:02 the distance from the center of the 05:05 earth 05:07 and so we got a much larger 05:10 three times uh higher chance of impact 05:13 on that time 05:14 now let me say this about the sheriff 05:16 blinks meteor in russia 05:18 we were watching another asteroid come 05:20 in and it was 05:21 uh televised on certain channels and it 05:24 was 05:24 really talked about a lot but the 05:27 russian media hit at the same time but 05:29 on the other side of the planet 05:31 so these things do travel in pairs i'm 05:33 not saying this one is 05:35 but we do know what some of the other 05:38 people are saying about it 05:40 as it gets closer to that time we may 05:42 get a recovery from nasa 05:44 and recovery is that they haven't seen 05:46 it since 2018 05:47 okay and this is 2020 that's how it got 05:50 its name 2018 so they're waiting for 05:52 radar to recover the object get a better 05:55 look because it's coming much closer 05:57 than it did in 2018 05:58 the problem with that is it's coming 06:00 from 06:01 the sun and if you noticed in the jpl 06:05 model at the beginning 06:06 of the video if you want to back it up 06:07 and look at it it was striking 06:10 the earth from the sun's side was inside 06:14 the orbit of the earth so it would be 06:15 almost at 06:16 sunrise on that particular section of 06:19 the planet and if you want to go in 06:21 and put um november the second 06:24 zero utc time look at where the earth is 06:28 at that point 06:29 uh you may come close to figuring this 06:31 out we'll look at it closer and do some 06:33 more calculations 06:34 i'm still waiting on again what's called 06:36 the recovery of the object 06:38 and we'll have more info then but again 06:41 i was asked about 06:42 um were there any updates and this is 06:45 the only one i found guys but it's a 06:47 heads up 06:48 be safe The truth is incontrovertible. "Guys you're looking at the JPL maawwdallll..." no you're not, you're looking at a goddamn 2-body orbit viewer that says in big bold letters not to use it for planetary encounter circumstances. I specifically said not to do this in my video a month ago on this asteroid. He's such a fucking retard, he never learns. He doesn't even understand the basic geometry of the potential impact. He says look at where sunrise is occurring at 0UT to get an idea of where the impact would be. Wrong side of the planet dumbass.
