Yes I said this in my first post. The lady agreed that the car was not mine, but could not act without a police report. Unfortunately because it was at night, the camera did not capture a picture of the person. So if you are going to steal someones license plates and use them to run up $ on toll roads, make sure to do it at night. That is the lesson I have learned, what a great lesson for society to be teaching. This system is beyond broke.
