Glad you asked, If there will be a civil war, it won't just be in America but a world wide civil war. As far as parties afterwards, there will be the Liberty Party in 41 countries made up of all former conservative republicans / people of faith who believe in God given individual liberties with limited government and strict interpretation of their county's constitution. This party will believe in defined and protected borders, fair trade with partners. strong military, Law and Order, education ect ect...
What is interesting is that even though privacy becomes a thing of the past, I am told that roughly 48% to 51% of the entire world's population will belong to the LP, making it the biggest "big tent" party in the history of the world since forced socialist communism. The other 50% will belong to no party at all, as they will be dead.

I watched Purge Anarchy recently. It would be the best consequence of the slow failure of society tbh, if everyone, instead of killing each other just overthrows the NFFA (NWO).

Here in the UK we are fucked, those who DO own guns own piddly rifles and dual bore shotguns. Everyone else has nothing, but (((THEY))) have armies and assault rifles.
