Anyone Here Ever Adopted A Child?

Yes, 2 kids from Russia
Both age 4
Russian adoption no longer an option for Americans
Adoption is not for sissies
But unquestionably one of the better things to have done with our lives
We all want it to be like Anne of Green Gables but it’s not
But there are moments like this
PS: some people only want babies and wont consider “older kids”
My view was, how could someone 36” tall be “too old” to adopt?
