Because each State is United under the Federal one. The States Constitution go only as far as the Federal one allows them. Meaning you can do whatever you want in your State, but you can't violate any laws of the Federal Constitution, nor your own obviously. IF a State bans guns, then they are in violation of the Federal Constitution, as well as their own. The Federal Constitution has the Bill of Rights. Those rights are acknowledgements of what we have as people. The 9th Amendment simply States that the people have a plethora of rights. That the rights listed in the Bill of Rights are not the only rights we have. They're just the main ones. We have the right to be free of force and coercion. That means free of forced vaccination / medical tyranny. As long as the States belong to the Union, they have to abide by that. States are their own Country. If they secede from the Union, then they would rely on their own Constitution and pretty much do what they want. Yes, they can still do what they want while in the Union, but again, only as far as they do not violate the Federal Constitution which the people of the States are also covered/ protected by. |
