First off they should ask the same general question for both candidates, and you get whatever...2min? To answer the question and turn off the opposing mic, after both have thier say...you can have a short rebuttal round.

I put all blame for how bad that played out, on Bias, and poor moderation. Trump was vibrant, feisty, and pulling punches, I don’t blame him for doing so.
