Supplements that may help ptsd and depression.
I am seeking supplements that will help with severe ptsd and depression stemming from psychological trauma.

I am not looking for a high. Cannabis makes me paranoid. I am looking for something that will help with the flashbacks, anxiety and sadness.

I have been on every prescribed antidepressant that there is, and im giving up on drs ever helping me.

I have tried lithium oretate, 5 htp, vitamins etc. many various things.

I will never be fully healed but I would like some quality of life. I know something out there will help.

Please no rudeness as this is hard for me to even reach out and ask for help.

You probably won't like the answer

but this world has no cures for you.

You need to go somewhere else entirely.

You need forgiveness and repentance.

You need to seriously look to Jesus Christ.

I second the kratom (make mine green) and lions mane.

Add Gotu Kola to that mix and you’ll be feeling better than ever very soon. Gotu Kola is good for depression, OCD, PTSD and lots of other stuff.

I have Jesus Christ and I love him. I long for the world after this when I can be with him where I don't have to hurt anymore, but unfortunatley this is not his world as he stated in his word. There are evil people here who like to abuse innocents, and years ago I was one of those.

Not really a good choice available.
Scars on the body do not fully heal sometimes. I have mind scars that never fully heal.

I don't expect many to understand, but most who have not lived trough what I did would not. The easier choice would be to give up. Im not going to do that.

Have you looked into ketamine infusions. It truly is effective for treatment resistant depression and anxiety plus it physically repairs your brain.

Well then great!

What have we got lose?!

What's done is done and cannot be undone.

We can do very little about the evil in this world

but we can do very much about what little good we can actually do to others for others.

This world and all its miseries and pains will be entirely gone soon.

It is our crucible. We are crushed.

We look forward to Him healing us and fixing us in His Perfect Heaven Paradise.

Until then, everything is futility and vanity.

Enjoy what you can today and tomorrow.

Eat you something you love. Splurge.

The Key to Unhappiness

"Want to be miserable, resentful, and bitter? Few people do, and yet many people are. Why? Because many people have the one primary character trait that leads to unhappiness. And you need to avoid it. Nationally syndicated talk show host Dennis Prager explains."

"You can't be a happy person if you aren't grateful.
You can't be a good person if you aren't grateful.
Almost everything good flows from gratitude.
Almost everything bad flows from ingratitude."

"Ingratitude guarantees unhappiness.
It is as simple as that.
There isn't an ungrateful happy person on earth.
There isn't an ungrateful good person on earth."

Lugol's Iodine, 20 Muleteam borax(tiny pinch a day), magnesium, zinc, B-12 vitamin without vitamin C, Selenium, Bitter Apricot Seeds from Turkey Organic on Amazon. Not the ones from California those are pasteurized and dead.
Emu Oil, Horse Ivermectin dosed per body weight once monthly and Castor Oil.

That literally will cure everything

To be
or not to be,
that is the question...

It is a part of our human condition. We don't all get the same, but we all get a lot to deal with...

Supplements this and that might help a little here or there, but they are not the problem and they are not the answer.

Re: Supplements that may help ptsd and depression.
"Dennis Prager talks about one of humanity's biggest pursuits--happiness. It's mentioned in the Declaration of Independence. Therapists and psychologists (and even pharmaceutical companies!) make their careers out of helping people be and feel happy. And we all know that being unhappy, and being around unhappy people, is no fun. Dennis will discuss why happiness, while great for personal and emotional reasons, is far more than a selfish pursuit. It is a moral obligation. Being happy around others is a necessary ingredient of growing up and accumulating friends. No one likes a Moody Mary. Also, more happiness makes for a better world. After all, how many of the world's dictators and tyrants are motivated by happiness? None! So, learn how to be happy and learn why being happy is so important."

After MAOIs failed me I almost lost all hope. Ketamine changed my life. I know you're not looking for a high but I use it once and feel at peace for weeks after. No bs.

There's a lot of ground breaking research being done on it right now and if you search 'ketamine clinic (your city)' and call one they'll bring you up to speed.

I was taking a teaspoon of white kratom in the mornings with coffee. It did take the edge off for the day.
