There are no real happy pills...

Your circumstances are entirely irrelevant... Not really a good choice available. Scars on the body do not fully heal sometimes. I have mind scars that never fully heal. I don't expect many to understand, but most who have not lived trough what I did would not. The easier choice would be to give up. Im not going to do that.
