Yes we need to count our blessings and be grateful. We all have things to be grateful for. And we also need to acknowledge when we feel bad and accept it. Knowing we will move through it. Crying is also beneficial for the brain. Trying to resist feeling bad makes us feel bad. Give yourself time to feel. Then tell yourself it is ok. And soon you will start feeling better again. It is kind of a roller coaster at times. But it is normal.
