Morning take:
1. Schizandra Fruit capsules (natures way has best at this time).
2. Eat a chocolate bar, forget the "dark chocolate" unless that's what you really like. Eat a rich, tasty milk chocolate bar.
3. Make homemade Kefir - it's super easy. If you just don't want the hassle get some Organic kefir from Lifeway or other good company. Everyone knows it gives you a sense of well being. A full glass at lunch -- have a full glass at dinner if you like.

Bedtime:
1.Take Damiana (Natures Way has the best at this time). I take double the recommended dose.
2.Take a Lavender tablet or capsule. CalmAid

Pick up the book The Healing Bath. Take you pick of numerous recipes to treat depression, damaged emotions etc. This is the absolute best book for healing the energy body and psyche. You'll feel like someone took a scrub brush to your soul. I've known addicts that used this book to stop abusing substances. Some of the oils used can be irritating so a few recipes in the book require that you coat yourself in a barrier oil before bathing. -- Just read the positive reviews, they're right on.
