I was born in 1975... I'm not sure I remember the aluminum trays but I probably had some.

Yeah, lots of great orchards in Upstate NY back in the 80's. We would go every year and get apples and cider. Probably pumpkins too. I like a good crisp, sweet apple.

We had a crab apple tree in our back yard. They make good projectiles. Especially with an old tennis racket.

The only wing sauce I like these days I have to make myself. I found the secret recipe posted on the internet from a cook that used to work at my chicken wing joint from the 90's.
