Just saw that a proposed federal UBI bill has been tabled. If it passes by mid Q2 this year, that part of the 'leak' will have proven accurate. Wonder if they'll use it to filter people out, since it will likely require the termination of other welfare programs, and re-enrollment in the new one. This could be predicated on vaccination status.
