It seems they may be falling behind the timeline. The outlines of UBI are supposed to be starting to appear thru the unemployment program in Q1 2021. That's passed and it isn't there is it?
I think this virus is not as effective as they'd hoped. Keep taking your Quercetin, we can win this!

The reforming and expanding of the unemployment program went into effect in March, with the further extension of CRB. The transitioning to UBI is a process that was begun in March in Parliament. The transitioning of individuals into UBI isn't supposed to happen until sometime during Q2 (April-June). So the plan is still right on schedule.
