- Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.

Was going to post this. Limiting travel to the health area is interesting, perhaps the closest to setting a city-limit so far. With the controls on the ON/MN/QC border, and now that NS is limiting travel in and out of that province now, it seems like this part of the leak is well on the way to fulfillment.
