I'm in Halifax (Dartmouth, actually).

From what I can tell, at this point it's just people making the decision for themselves not to travel. No LEO are involved yet. They're being governed by their own fear.

I was out and about on Friday and Saturday, and the streets and parks and playgrounds look just as deserted as they did this time last year, when the hysteria was first in full bloom.

People are falling for the "stay at home" order hook, line and sinker.

In the meantime, prepare your arses for a full military-intervention lockdown in the form of martial law (Canada's federal Emergencies Act), which according to "the leak" should be declared within a few months.

We didn't get "Covid 21", but we sure as heck got the "variants" (including the "double mutant" from India lol), which will serve the ptb's purposes just as well.

The media and government have people in this region absolutely terrified. Most of the residents are incapable of any level of critical thinking and just swallow all the stats without questioning their validity. Now we've been told that EVERYONE in the Halifax area has potentially "been exposed" so we ALL need to get tested. That's nearly half a million people. And they're getting tested. They're lining up for hours at a time, no symptoms whatsoever, to get nose-raped. This is the sad state of most Maritimers in 2021.

I used to think we were a hardy stock down here in the Maritimes, but whatever we were, we are no longer. If we're this gullible to politicians' lies, if we're this frightened of people who walk around mask-free, we don't deserve freedom any longer. The lockdowns are justified, as is the coming martial law under the guise of the federal Emergencies Act.

If we don't soon, as a people, collectively find our balls, we will become China 2.0, told what to do and what not to do, what to think and what not to think, what to believe and what not to believe, and threatened with imprisonment or death simply for writing a comment like this on a forum.

That is no way to live, and I refuse to live like that. I would rather be off this planet altogether than to live like a prisoner for the "crime" of not adhering to the ptb's dictates, that is, for not swallowing their lies.

Well, it looks like some of the things predicted in the timeline haven't come to pass. But I agree, most people are staying home out of unwarranted fear.

Nobody who is drawing EI (Employment Insurance) is being transitioned onto Universal Basic Income, because UBI wasn't brought in with the latest federal budget. Even Trudeau himself said that there are no plans to bring in UBI now or in the future.

The military aren't locking down the cities. They don't have the resources to do so, anyway.

In a number of provinces police have set up border checkpoints to prevent people from engaging in non-essential travel between provinces.

COVID-21 has not been announced. There are a couple of variants running around that health authorities have been trying to control.

There are no supply shortages. Grocery stores are fully stocked. Consumer goods are still available, with curbside delivery or home delivery available in Ontario.

Some products have been prohibited from sale in Ontario because the province deemed them to be non-essential in hopes of controlling the latest surge in infections, but this move is not based on good scientific evidence. The UK pulled the same stunt a few months ago and it didn't do anything other than enrage people.

You're jumping the gun on a number of items. Q2 is April 1 to June 30. Most of the things you mention as not happening are not supposed to happen until Q2 (April-June) or Q3 (July-September).

Replace "COVID-21" with "VARIANTS OF CONCERN", and the plan is still precisely on track:


- Daily new cases of [VARIANTS OF CONCERN] hospitalizations and COVID-19 and [VARIANTS OF CONCERN]-related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected (TO START JANUARY TO END OF JUNE) 2021.

- Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected (TO START APRIL 1 TO JUNE 30) 2021.

- Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected (TO START MID-MAY) 2021.

- Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected (TO START JUNE) 2021.

- Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected TO START BY (JULY TO SEPTEMBER) 2021.

As for UBI, it has overwhelming support in Parliament. I suspect there will be an about-face by the PM shortly, and it will be rushed through the house and senate the way that the CRB was rushed through last year.

Again, you're jumping the gun on many of the items on the list. These things were scheduled to START, not to be in full progress. They were scheduled to START in either Q2 or Q3, and Q2 (April 1 to end of June) has just begun.

Therefore, the plan still appears to be on schedule.

So how do they expect us to believe that mask-wearing, lockdowns, and the vaccines work if we have had more cases than ever for the past few weeks?

Thanks for the info, im in NB and while there are some people i know who don't care about any of this, i never see anybody unmasked in the stores these days. The province just made it mandatory for anyone, apart from truckers etc, entering NB, from the US AND from within Canada, to spend 7 days @$700/day in the hotel covid. That this is legal worries me.

Are they really trying to make everyone get tested? Didn't hear about that, but since there is no such thing as journalism or accountability in Canada, im not surprised really.

It's not a fake memo. Trudeau had it released because that is the way the controllers work. They release what they're going to do and if no one stops them or challenges them on it then they can claim our free will wasn't tread upon and they didn't violate our free will as we agreed to it. Rather than an act of good faith...that cabinet minister who leaked it was doing a more sinister agenda.

He appeared from his home at a news conference today and mentioned the "fourth wave" as well as vaccine resistant variants. I guess that will be for the COVID 21 vaccine.

Problem is, this is a private member’s bill, and such bills rarely survive first reading.

All that the bill does is provide a mechanism for the government to look at implementing UBI, it doesn’t actually implement it.

If the bill passes in the House of Commons, then the Senate will look at it and either send it back for a re-write or accept it as is.

If the Senate approves the bill AND it receives Royal Assent, then it becomes law, and then regulations will be added to provide a mechanism for its application.

At that stage, various House of Commons and Senate committees will study the idea of UBI for a few years and if they agree that it should be implemented, then legislation to implement it will be tabled and either passed or not passed.

I think it's called manufacturing consent.

You're right about all that, but it is still confirmation of the leak, since this bill could well be the beginning of the transition to UBI. As usual, time will tell.
