NB schools closed until at least end of Jan. Whole province at level 2 of it's lockdown plan, which means all stores at 50% on top of the usual vaxxpass requirements for many places, masks everywhere etc.

Interestingly this is the first time that testing is being rationed. Seems to be the case everywhere at the moment and it's all over the MSM. I think the leak was basically correct but that we are not on the included schedule - Canada seems to be heading into a full lockdown (the 3rd lockdown from the leak). If new travel restrictions appear in the next little while, especially between provinces, that will be interesting.

"Public Health reported there are 11 people in intensive care and another 92 in hospital for a total of 103 people hospitalized who have COVID-19.

Of those currently hospitalized, 52 were admitted for reasons other than COVID-19. Sixty-four per cent (seven people) of those in ICU are either unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or it has been more than six months since their second dose. Of those in hospital, 82 are over 60 and three people are on a ventilator. Two people 19 or under are hospitalized. The seven-day rolling average of hospitalizations is available on the COVID-19 dashboard.

The rate of people hospitalized and in ICU continues to most greatly impact people who are unvaccinated and those who are over six months from their second dose. Information about the rates of cases and hospitalizations based on vaccination status, the age and origin of new cases, and additional information, is available on the COVID-19 dashboard.

This is the first posting of % unvaxxed etc in ICU for a few months now and it's very interesting. 50% of those in hospital 'with covid' didn't go there because of covid. Since they are testing everyone in hospital, likely every day, is it any wonder some test positive given the close conditions and the general unreliability of PCR testing?

7 of 11 in the ICU are said to be unvaxxed....or partially vaxxed, or simply that their double vaxx has expired.

80% are over 60 yo, and yet in the same update they say that we really must get the kids vaxxed asap.

· Participating in, financing, organizing or aiding any interruption of the normal flow of vehicle traffic on any road or highway. This includes delivering fuel, food, drink or other supplies to anyone who is attempting to interrupt the normal flow of vehicle traffic.

· Stopping or gathering with others along the side of any numbered highway.
