Covid 19 plan helped with votes distribution. Biden will win

During normal times, majority of the democrat votes are coming from the cities and republican from the rural areas. Now during covid times we have that migration from the big cities into the country sides across the state lines.
Since that migration took place, I would expect vote distribution will shift, big cities will still remain blue and we’ll see more blue in the rural areas, and that my friends will help Joe win the election.
It looks like perfectly executed plan how to properly shift votes to win electoral college.
