For example: Life has been difficult. That thought alone is limiting to consciousness. It’s almost a chain or bound. Adding the, and the process has made me stronger is the start of wisdom. Going further... one can add and because I am strong I am able to face anything . Adding on and on...and by doing so I can help others.

It’s the taking of what was given and transforming it into a understanding and purpose that matters. Internal alchemy. Adding another and of abridge and so on and so forth.
