Most spirits cannot travel thru space. They must be transported by craft or angels who do such... there are many transport angels.

There are transport SERAPHIM.. who can transport souls to earth. They can also transport BEINGs from the mansion worlds... but they cannot transport human meat suits.. those go by craft .. beam ships. This kind. Ok I will give some time to this as its obviously needed.
