I kind of agree that God is somehow responsible for everything, since he created everything and nothings exists outside of him, including our own consciousnesses that are of divine essence, but operate under the illusion of limited human beingness.

Nevertheless, I don't think there is a script, I believe that God makes it all up as it goes along as a way to explore infinity, with overarching rules to guide the experience: reciprocity (karma) and attraction (faith), and with a clear end game: awakening or being born again to the truth of who we really are so we can shed our limited conception of self and live in inner communion with the divine.
