I don't see how Biden can stay a candidate. He's about to face a criminal indictment.

The FBI does not need to "cooperate" with the DOJ. They need to follow the directives of their boss. You know who that is? Who is Wray's boss? Bill Barr. Bill Barr does not not need to ask them to "cooperate". He needs to tell them, do your job or I will find someone will. So ask yourself, why hasn't that happened? You know who Barr's boss is? Donald J. Trump. Trump does not need to tweet his frustration over inaction. He needs to tell Barr, do your job or I will find someone who will. So ask yourself, why hasn't that happened? All they all corrupt? Or all compromised? That description better fits the reporting structure of a corporation or other private entity. This is much more complex, because these are federal agencies, with their own enabling acts. The constitutional law around all of this, the Administrative Law of federal agencies, etc. -- it's not as simple as "someone being someone's boss". Look how much effort it took to remove James Comey if you think its just someone picking up a phone and saying "You're Fired."
