Eat and use Coconut Oil - raw unfiltered.. it is fat and will give you energy...
Cook eggs in it.. low and medium heat.
Put 1 tsp - tbs in your coffee...you will never taste it. Some just let a tsp dissolve in their mouth... read about it's benefits.
